COASTLANDS is a church affiliated with the Baptist Churches of Tasmania. As such, our leaders are recognised and affirmed by the congregation (made up of COASTLANDS' Partners) each year in November. They are also accountable to each other and to the congregation. We believe that every believer has a ministry and exercises leadership within that ministry. There are those who are also called and recognised as having a specific gift of leadership within the Body of Christ.
